“Honestly, I thought this was going to suck, because I disliked working out. Well, it doesnt suck. I will not lie, it is hard work but so worth it. I joined on a New You Challenge, and now I cannot wait to go back and get the training I know my body needs. I was a member of a gym for a long time and I was getting nothing out of it. I have been here for 5 weeks and I am getting everything from Crossfit! The coaches are really cool, they will work with you at your skill level. Only you can push yourself.
