“Honestly, I thought this was going to suck, because I disliked working out. Well, it doesnt suck. I will not lie, it is hard work but so worth it. I joined on a New You Challenge, and now I cannot wait to go back and get the training I know my body needs. I was a member of a gym for a long time and I was getting nothing out of it. I have been here for 5 weeks and I am getting everything from Crossfit! The coaches are really cool, they will work with you at your skill level. Only you can push yourself. They will not make you do anything you are not comfortable doing and they work by progressions. I am truly addicted to Crossfit and Crossfit Stallings is the place to be!”
